Escrow Technologies Inc. is a Southern California based Independent escrow company
regulated by the California Department of Corporations. We began doing business
as an Independent Escrow Company in 1983.
Our Mission is to provide the absolute best service available to our customers.
Our plan to do that is through highly experienced people. We hire people who can
make the proper decisions and to help lead all the parties through the escrow process
with the least amount of obstacles and great communication.
We are committed to leading edge technology. This is the next part of fulfilling
our mission. Great tools enable us to streamline processes and communicate better.
Both of which are required to provide great service.
Escrow Technologies has not only been a user of leading edge technologies but the
actual developers of many leading edge tools and processes. Our company has been
a paperless operation since 2002. Every document is turned to a digital image which
has led the way to advanced Email communication and Online status tracking.
In the very early 1980's we wrote and developed our own escrow processing software
programs for our own internal use only. This was the most advanced process system
until we rebuilt the system again in the early 2000's to take advantage of the internet
and the newly developing digitizing tools.
Our history, people, experience, and tools have enabled us to advance the processes
of escrows of all types including Commercial and Residential real estate. It also
gives us specific advantages in REO and Short Sale escrows of which we have extensive
experience.

Roger Hance – Owner/Founder
Roger is the Founder and President of Escrow Technologies Inc. He started in the
real estate business in 1974 and has been a top producer and thought leader since.
He has started and owned a large successful Real Estate Brokerage, Mortgage Brokerage,
and Escrow Company during that period of time. In addition to running businesses
he is credited with being the innovator of many of the marketing and process systems
used industry wide today. He was the first to bring computers to real estate brokerage
and developed one of the first automated Escrow Systems. Today he is also consultant
Real Estate Brokerage, Title, and Escrow Companies and has served on the Board of
Directors for associations in both Real Estate Brokerage and Mortgage Brokerage.
Joan Stevens - Co-Manager
Joan started in the Banking business in 1977 and became an Escrow Officer for the
bank by 1980. After several more years at the bank Joan started to sell real estate
as a salesperson and eventually earn her brokers license. In 1986 she was asked
to come back to the bank to open and manage a branch of Escrow and Lending. With
the bank she had the opportunity to expand her experience to include builder’s subdivision
and foreclosure escrows. Joan came to Escrow Technologies in 1998 where along with
management responsibilities she has processed escrows in commercial and residential
real estate. She specializes in REO, short sale, and Subdivision escrows.
Rosalie Di Genova - Co-Manager
Rosalie is a highly professional and committed escrow officer. Her career started
in 1982 and has included Opening and Managing 4 different escrow branches. Her expertise
and enthusiasm has led to many awards and to teaching many different courses on
escrow. Her experience range includes escrow on Commercial and Residential properties,
Loan Refinances, and exchanges.
